Larry Alexander is one of the directors of OSJ who has focused his efforts on Trench Town. He has an MSc degree and lives uptown, but rents a house in Trench Town at which he stays some nights in order to talk to the youths and build relationships with the people there. He has found jobs for people and it was he who encouraged OSJ to be involved in supporting the re-opening and development of the Hugh Sherlock Centre.
