Through the creation of an investment and management group, the entire nation would have seen the development of significant investment projects and other activities, generating viable primary and spin-off economic opportunities for residents.
A major effort will be made to de-urbanize and de-garrisonize inner-city areas, simultaneously putting the land back to work and encourage infra-structural development and rural micro-enterprises.
Encourage revival following a thorough intercessory and planning period evangelising and discipling the entire nation in one to three years. Conducting a series of phased preaching, teaching, deliverance and life-equipping campaigns over four-month blocks in 30 zones covering manageable population increments of approximately 180,000 persons at a time.
Two preparatory phases in relation to the whole project in the whole have been completed:
1. Planning
A detailed operational plan for the entire programme was created and provision of all required resources arranged to enable the launch of the reconnaissance phase and investment organization.
2. Intercession
One year of island-wide prayer, planning, preparation of teams and writing of a basic economic plan, to change the spiritual climate over the nation.
